Ingredients:
1/2 pkt cream crackers, curshed
100g nuts, chopped 250ml
100g cherries, chopped 150ml
120g sugar (150ml)
10ml baking powder
2 eggs
1 tin (397g) Nestle condensed milk, caramalised
125 ml Chopped Pineapple
1 banana, sliced
25 ml Dark Rum
Method:

Beat the eggs and the sugar together until thick and creamy.
Add the cream crackers, nuts, cherries and baking powder.
Press into a pie dish and bake at 180 C for 15 minutes.
Fry pineapple and banana in little butter until just starting to colour.
Flambe with dark rum
When the base is cool, add fruit and spread the Condensed Milk over and decorate it with the whipped cream
