Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
For Dressing:
35ml sesame seeds 45ml orange juice
30ml soy sauce 20ml rice vinegar
15ml oil ½ clove garlic/Garlic oil
7ml crushed ginger 5-10ml honey
0,5ml chopped chilli / Chilli oil
For the Salad:
400g tender-stem broccoli 100g fine green beans
60g cranberries Salt and pepper
For Serving:
30g tatsoi or wild rocket 1 avo , sliced
Method:
To make dressing:
Toast sesame seeds in a pan, cool and set half aside
In a blender blend the other half and rest of the ingredients together
To prepare the Salad:
Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water , until just cooked, then refresh in ice-water,
Repeat the process with fine beans
To Serve:

Place the tatsoi/rocket in a platter arrange avo, broccoli, cranberries, fine beans on top
Scatter with sesame seeds and drizzle with dressing
