Bake free cookie dough





Ingredients

250ml cup all purpose flour sifted

125ml cup butter softened

80ml cup brown sugar

80ml cup granulated sugar

5ml teaspoon vanilla extract

ml teaspoon salt

190ml mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a nonstick pan over medium high heat, add the flour and toast for about 5 minutes, set aside.


  2. In a large bowl add butter, brown sugar, granulated and beat until light and fluffy.


  3. Add vanilla extract, salt and mix until well combined


  4. Mix in cooled down flour.


  5. Add mini chocolate chips and mix.


  6. Roll into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.


  7. Can be eaten as is, or add to your favorite homemade ice cream.



Notes

*This recipe makes 12-18 cookie dough balls pending how small or large you roll the balls
