Ingredients
2 Bananas
2 eggs
125ml oats
Oil for frying
Method
1. Mash bananas with a fork
2. Whisk the eggs. Add the mashed bananas to the eggs and mix
3. Add the oats and mix well
4. Fry in a pan at medium heat for 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve with Greek yoghurt or cream
Alternative
Use 1 cup of grated apple in stead of the banana
15ml cinnamon sugar
