Ingredients:
For the sauce
125ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
60ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
15ml chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
5 ml butter
For the Fish
Two hake fillets, skinned
125ml flour
Butter for frying
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
In a small pot, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and parsley.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the sauce is simmering, pour flour, salt and pepper into a plate.
Lightly dust the fish in the flour mixture.
Fry the fish in a separate pan until soft and flakey. Remove the fish from the pan and plate.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add butter and stir until melted and smooth.
Pour the lemons sauce over the cooked fish.
