
Ingredients:
* 3 Ripe Avocados
* Juice From 1-2 Limes
* 1-2 Green Chile Peppers, finely chopped
* 1/2 Finely Chopped Red Onion
* Handful Cilantro or Coriander , chopped
* Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
1. Halve and pit avocados, then scoop out flesh into a bowl. Roughly mash with a fork adding half the lime juice as you go.
2. Add remainder of lime juice, chile peppers, red onion, and cilantro.
3. Stir well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Garnish with chili flakes and serve with nacho chips or tortilla’s
