Ham and Parsely Potato Bites




Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, cooked

Salt and black pepper to taste

Oregano to taste

1 egg

100g ham

Parsley to taste

45ml corn starch

45ml olive oil

Oil for Frying

 Method

1.        Boil 3 medium potatoes until soft.

2.        Mash the potatoes and add egg, ham, parsley, corn starch, and olive oil and mix well.

3.        Add salt and pepper to taste and mix in.

4.        Spoon mixture into a piping bag.

5.        In a pan, heat up oil to a high temperature.  Pipe the potato mixture into the oil. Use kitchen scissors to cut the potato mixture into the desired size.

6.        Serve.
