Marinated Tofu




Ingredients:

90ml     Orange juice                                   

15ml     Tahini

4g          Garlic, crushed.                            

4g          Miso Paste

4ml        Chili Paste                                      

1g          Ginger, grated.

Corn Flour for dusting

 

Method

1.        Mix all ingredients together and marinated overnight.

2.        Dust tofu in cornflour and fry on medium heat until all sides are golden brown

3.        Serve warm.
