Mielie bread recipe




Ingredients

45ml. Butter OR canola oil

375ml Cups cake flour

15ml. Royal Baking powder

1ml Salt

2 Eggs

1 Tin whole kernel corn (drained of liquid)

1 Tin creamed sweetcorn

1 Round of feta

Bunch fresh chives or coriander (according to preference), finely chopped

15ml. grated parmesan


Directions

Mix together the melted butter OR oil, eggs, fresh herbs & corn (creamed & whole kernel)

Sieve in the salt, cake flour and Royal Baking Powder. Spoon mixture into greased muffin trays, bake at 180°C for 15 - 20 minutes (or until cooked through) Serve hot.
