
Ingredients:
7 potatoes (Optional: peeled)
230g Bacon
40g Butter
3 garlic cloves, crushed
5gPaprika,
Salt, Black Pepper to taste
Method:
1. Melt the butter in a medium bowl.
2. Stir-in the salt, pepper, garlic and paprika
3. Boil the potatoes until halfway cooked (+/- 10 mins). Let cool.
4. Cut the potatoes into rings, but do not cut all the way through. Place in an oven-safe dish.
5. Cut the bacon into even sized squares
6. Place the bacon between the cuts in the potatoes.
7. Brush the potatoes with the butter mixture.
8. Cover the dish with foil, and bake
9. Bake for +/- 30 mins at 200 ̊C
10. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
11. Serve
